Shipping confirmation: 
You will receive a notification email once your order has officially shipped.High volume delays: During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our immediate control.
Shipment Tracking
Track your package: Once your item is packaged and shipped, we will send an email containing your unique tracking number.Activation: Tracking numbers usually become active and scannable within 24 hours of transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International fees: BALFSON is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local tariffs applied to your package.Recipient responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Lost PackagesDamaged items: If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.Filing a claim: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then reach out to our customer support team at Balfsonscorp@gmail.com with pictures so we can resolve the issue.
